With each booking, a Terms & Conditions form is required that confirms you give Lori Let's Travel approval to use the provided Credit Card/s for all services regarding only this trip & plans agreed to.  A detailed invoice for this trip will be available for all transactions in your Travel Joy File labeled "Invoices/Receipts". This also confirms all hotel, flights, contact information is correct, current & everyone has all of the requried info.
